We also assist clients in lecensing and regulatory requirements.
Post-incorporation Stage: We provide continuous legal back support to clients. While doing so we provide advisory, legal opinions, company secretarial services and regulatory compliance and licensing, contract drafting and negotiation services, labor and employment, mergers, amalgamation and re-structuring advise. We also advice and provide legal support to clients during closure or sale of business.
